Does Boundless Edge Still Have a Sense of Humor? Oh, Absolutely.

When we started making the bold leap from Celestial Discs to Boundless Edge, some of you were wondering:

“Is this new brand going to be super serious now?”
“Are the dad jokes dead?” (A line of Dad joke shirts has already been started!)
“Will the pun-loving goofball behind the scenes have to grow up?” 

Let’s clear that up right now:
Absolutely not.

Yes, the name changed. Yes, the designs got sharper. Yes, we’ve stepped into a brand that reflects movement, mindset, and pushing limits.

But no, we haven’t lost our humor, our heart, or Eric’s brilliantly absurd brainstorm sessions.

In fact, here’s proof.

Let’s also go on record to say we are NOT rebranding as any of the following names Eric half-seriously suggested over the last few months on social media:

“So we’re from Estherville… and we thought of this plan in March… so what if we call it… Marville?”

Emily:
“Marvel???”


Eric:
“Okay, but listen. I’m a huge Bas Rutten fan and you’re a college professor. What if we open… Basproshop?”

Emily:
“...Like Bass Pro Shops. But with more chokeholds?”


Eric:
“Picture this. Two little aliens from Bill & Ted 2. Me, just vibing. Always playing around. So—Play-station!

Emily:
“Yeah, that’s literally PlayStation.”


Eric:
“This one’s fun. It’s a company. A fun one. So… Funco.”

Emily:
“That’s… just Funko. With a different consonant.”


Eric:
“Okay, okay. My favorite shows? Bill Nye the Science Guy and Key & Peele. So we mash it up: NyeKey!

Emily:
“You mean… Nike? That’s enough brainstorming new names for today.”


Boundless Edge may sound sleek and driven, because it is, but it’s still us.
Still down-to-earth. Still a little weird. Still here for the laughs and the hustle.
