🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
All items are made to order and considered custom. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

No worries—we’ll make it right.

- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
- We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund

- Items returned due to change of mind or ordering the wrong size

🌍 EU Customers – Your Right to Cancel

However, this does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, which includes any products that are made to order, printed on demand, or customized in any way based on your request. Most of the products at Boundless Edge are made to order.
